Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. Shore2Shore-Excursions offers and sells private tours and shore excursions. By submitting a reservation for a private tour, a customer accepts all Terms and Conditions below.

PRICES
The prices shown on our web site are in $ (Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Once a tour is confirmed the price paid at time of purchase will prevail, even if there are price changes before the date of the tour.
All our prices include guides and transportation and do not include entrance fees unless the tour description informs of any entrance included on the global price of service.
CONFIRMATIONS
A Shorexc tour is guaranteed once the payment has been received and vouchers have been sent by e mail.
MEETING POINTS
As the a group is disembarking from a cruise ship, it will be met on the public pier. The driver / guide will have a sign with the group name on it and precise information of the pick up point will be sent together with the vouchers, by e mail.
ITINERARY
Shorexc cannot be responsible for inaccurate information any customer provides when submitting a reservation. Shorexc trusts that customers and / or their agents choose accurately, and that they have checked the ship’s itinerary, date, location and time before making any purchase. Any changes due to mistakes by the customer and / or their agent may be subject to additional costs.
CHANGES
Changes to confirmed tours must be requested in writing by email at least 72 hours in advance of the tour. Shorexc will do all it can to make the requested changes, however we cannot guarantee that it will always be possible. Changes made less than 72 hours in advance must be made by calling Shorexc or by sending an urgent e mail. There are no refunds, partial or otherwise, based on one or more members of a private group being unable to join the tour for any reason. Shorexc has the right to make changes to any tour without notice. Changes are typically only made based on current events or traffic delays. These changes are made to make the experience the best possible, and to fulfill our commitment to return the group to the ship on time.
FLEXIBILITY
Many private tour itineraries are flexible, so if there is a specific sight that is a "must see", please let the guide know at the time of pick up. However Shorexc cannot be responsible if such requests cannot be honored. Please understand that Shorexc can be responsible for traffic delays.
LIMITED MOBILITY
Shorexc must be notified in writing if any group members have limited mobility, and Shorexc has the right to cancel a tour in the event that the customer did not notify Shorexc about mobility limitations. If asked in advance, Shorexc can specifically recommend certain tours for groups with limited mobility members. However, on such limited mobility tours, any wheelchair must be collapsible to fit into the trunk of a sedan car. Each member must be able to enter and exit a vehicle without assistance. A group member is responsible for pushing any wheelchair used. If these criteria are not met Shorexc cannot be responsible for the safety or satisfaction of the limited mobility individual.
INSURANCE
Shorexc recommends that all travelers purchase independent travel insurance to protect against any of the above. If the customer already carries this type of insurance, they are advised to contact their insurance company to add the coverage of these tours.
LOST AND FOUND
Shorexc is not responsable for any object lost on our buses but is always available to try and find the lost object with the help of our employees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Between 11 days * and 3 weeks before cruise departure 20% administration fees.
- 10 days before cruise departure 30% administration fees.
- Between 9 and 7 days before cruise departure 50% administration fees.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.
Exceptions
- NAEROYFJORD, LYSEFJORD AND DHOW CRUISES:
- Between 14 days * and 3 weeks before cruise departure 20% administration fees
- <14 days before cruise departure : No refund
- Tickets for Rome Coliseum, Sistine Chapel, Burj Khalifa, and Catherine Palace (20€) are not refundable

Cancellations Due to Cruise Ship No Show
No refunds will be provided to any group who does not show up for a tour at the designated time or place (even if the cruise ship does not come into port). Likewise, no refund will be provided if a group chooses to shorten a tour, or not use an element or entrance ticket purchased as part of the tour. Tours operate in a variety of weather and/or political conditions, and no refunds will be made to any group who chooses not to participate in a tour for these reasons when the tour operator deems it completely safe to operate.
There are no refunds, partial or otherwise, based on one or more members of your private group being unable to join the tour for any reason.
Changes
Changes to confirmed tours must be requested in writing by email at least 72 hours in advance of the tour. Shorexc will do all it can to make the requested changes, however we cannot guarantee that it will always be possible. Changes made less than 72 hours in advance must be made by calling Shorex +1 (305) 339 0035. In the event that you request a last minute change to a tour which increases the price, payment must be settled immediately to confirm the amendment. There are no refunds, partial or otherwise, based on one or more members of your private group being unable to join the tour for any reason.
Shorexc and local staff have the right to make changes to any tour without notice. Changes are typically only made based on current events or traffic delays. These changes are made to make your experience the best possible, and to fulfill our commitment to return you to your ship on time.
What information do we collect?
When ordering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address and mobile phone number. We do not ask for any credit card information directly but the payment is done through secure payment system.
A mobile phone of a tour leader is compulsory to be in touch any time with the group during the cruise.
How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology of a bank system. We do not keep your credit card information in our offices.

Shorexc complies with the Spanish law and if you wish to remove or modify your information, please send us an e mail and we will remove your information from our database or amend the information according to your wish.
