La Palma tour, beauty of the north
Shore excursion from port of Santa Cruz de La Palma, Spain
- Duration 4h
- Activity level medium
What you'll do
Our guide will meet you at the port.
This excursion will take us to discover the essence of "La Isla Verde", better known as "La Isla Bonita".
Los Tilos Forest, declared by UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve, plunges us into a world of prehistoric jungles laden with lush vegetation from remote times.
From there we will go visiting the exquisite Natural Pools of the Charco Azul. Those who wish may enjoy a shot of rum, right next door. The first sugarcane crops were made in the south of the island and in the north they made rum.
We continue towards San Andrés, a small urban jewel by the sea, with beautiful houses of the fifteenth century and a charming square.
Our next stop is San Bartolo, a spectacular viewpoint over the knife-cut ravines due to erosion and the passage of time.
We will close our tour in the most leafy and abundant part of the island's vegetation. THE NORTH.
At the end of the excursion, return to the port.
