- Activity level low
What you'll do
Our guide will meet you at the port of Lisbon with a shorexc sign.
We will visit the picturesque villages of Sintra and Cascais.
Sintra, acclaimed by poets for the beauty of its surrounding mountains, is also known for its former Royal Palace, perched on the highest peak; one of the oldest settlements in Portugal, which has been occupied by numerous monarchs, whose castles and palaces added charm to the village.
Free time to explore the village.
We will continue enjoying these magnificent views towards the westernmost point of Europe, Cabo da Roca.
Our next stop, Cascais, originally an old Portuguese fishing village that has become a popular tourist center. Located next to the picturesque bay of Cascais, a beautiful area from the beginning of the century that is mixed with modern buildings, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
We will have free time to walk the streets, enjoy the views or visit the local shops.
The return trip will be along the cornice that borders the Tagus River.
Back to the port.
