What you'll do
Our guide will meet you at the port of Bergen.
Bergen is a real gem for lovers of nature and history. Capital of the western Norway and second largest city, Bergen is the main tourist destination in the country. Under protection of its seven mountains and surrounded by tranquil fjords, the city is located in a spectacular natural setting.
Discover the charms of this wonderful city, visiting the main suburbs and the city center. We will pass through Sandviken neighborhood, Nordnes peninsula, Danmarksplass and the picturesque district of Paradis.
We will make a stop in the Hanseatic neighborhood of Bryggen to see the most emblematic district of the city, located in front of the pier and main residence of German merchants from 1349 to 1760.
Continuation with a brief stop to see Gamlehaugen, residence of the Norwegian Royal Family in Bergen and place where the Norwegian Declaration of Independence was written in 1905.
Finally we will go the famous Fishermen's Market to see the various fishes and products that characterize the country. We can enjoy a fish tasting (not included in the price).
Return to the port of Bergen.
