This tour is part of the Historical Venice tour as supplement.
With this gondola ride through the Venice canals, enjoy the unique charm of the city and discover the splendor and beauty of Venice. We will start at the Dogana station, located on the Grand Canal, a few steps from San Marco Square and opposite the famous Harry's Bar.
From the gondola we will admire the imposing Church of Health, the Palazzo Cà Dario until we reach the Guggenheim Museum. The ride continues along smaller canals from where you can see the Opera del Fenix, Mozart's house, the magnificent St Moise church and the Gothic palace that houses the Bauer Hotel. This journey through the small channels will take us to inaccessible places on foot, to discover the authentic essence of this city formed by 120 islands.
In addition to being romantic and very typical in Venice, this gondola tour is also a trip to the past, since we will have the opportunity to see what the city's main means of transportation was and how it worked during the 17th and 18th centuries.
After this picturesque 30-minute tour, we will return to the start station to continue our visit in this wonderful city or return to port.
