What you'll do
Welcome to the WESTFJORDS, the fjords of the West for an incredible tour with SHOREXC and our local team.
You will be picked up at the port by our guide with a SHOREXC sign at the arrival area. Isafjordur offers many interesting options for a relaxing and memorable day in the West Fjords of Iceland.
We will head to the fjords that make up the Isafjordur Bay. This is located in the heart of the Westfjords peninsula where you will enjoy excellent views along the way.
The duration of the journey will be of approximately 2 hours and our first stop will be the Hvitanes Cape Seal, a colony where we will see some of our curious friends in their natural habitat.
The probability of finding seals is 80/90%. Hopefully we will be lucky today!
We will continue our route and will stop for approximately one hour at a traditional Icelandic restaurant of Litlibaer where we will enjoy delicious local waffles with tea and/or coffee (not included in the rate).
It is a traditional stop and we are sure you will like it.
Our next stop will be the Buna waterfall, where we will walk through a wonderful natural waterfall before returning to the port for the farewell.
