Our guide will meet you at the port of Villefranche sur Mer.

We will start with a panoramic tour by bus from Nice passing through the Port, built in 1745; by the Place Garibaldi with the statue dedicated to the Hero of two worlds that stands in the center of the place, a crossroads between Vieux Nice and the city center.

Walk along Place Massena until arriving at Promenade des Anglais, a road along the seashore built in 1822, where you can admire all the old English palaces of the nineteenth century and converted into hotels and apartments.

We will tour the Baie des Anges (Angels bay) passing the Mediterranean Palace with its Art Deco façade, today Luxury hotel, Casino and theater. We will also admire the famous Negresco Hotel, where so many nobles and kings of Europe have stayed.

Later we will see the St Nicolas Orthodox Catedral (outside) and continue towards the old town with a walking tour, crossing the ALBERT I GARDENS and the main square of Nice "Place Massena", located between Old Nice and the modern part of the city: its red facades and blue shutters offers the typical image of the region.

We will admire the fountain which represents several Greek myths and whose center rises a statue of Apollo seven meters high, and on high posts along the tram stand up opaque statues of kneeling men representing the seven continents, a work of Modern art by Catalan artist Jaume Plensa.

We will continue our tour in front of the "Palais of Justice" built in neoclassical style at the end of the 19th century and the Catedral of St Réparate until arriving at Cours Saleya for a free visit of the Flower Market
