Our Shore2Shore Excursions guide will meet you at the Port of Gdansk.
Gdansk was the maritime gate of Poland, Hanseatic port and Free City.
The town is a part of the three-city community that includes the modern port of Gdynia and the city.
We will begin our excursion in the historic center with a panoramic pedestrian tour through the old town of Gdansk, Ulica Dluga and the Dlugi Targ Market, Golden Gate, Uphagen House, Museum of Merchant's House Interiors, Neptune Fountain, symbol of Gdansk, visit of St Mary's Church, the largest brick church in Europe that can hold 25,000 people, and the King Arthur's Court, in which the patron of Gdansk welcomed the sovereigns. The Oliwa's Cathedral houses an organ with extraordinary sound and beautiful baroque ornamentation.
We will visit Sopot, an international climatic station where we can walk "by the water", by the wooden pier that goes out to the sea with a measurement of more than half a kilometer.
